Sales engineer here. 225 TC base + RSU. Variable comp bonus based on sales target is an additional 68k if I hit target. Unlimited cap, so technically it would be higher for hitting 110%, 125%, 150% of goal etc.

115 ote but attainable quotas. I made 175 this year plus RSU. Overall underpaid but pretty simple product and never work more than 40 hours I’m starting to look around but hard to fine good wlb, somewhat straightforward product and make 250. Open to suggestions 😀

CX Sales- 120 Base, commission 146k at 100%, uncapped. But I don’t know anyone near 100% right now

Finally I found some sales thread. Most ones I read are for dev/programmer. I used to be sales engineer and now sales, recently moved to US with TC 200k but looking to make my move to the next company, studying cloud. Just got azure certified.
CA (Broadcom) Enterprise A/D - 150/150 plan max out at 130% of plan or 450K TC. 125k RSU Retention bonus after we were acquired. RSU grants are now frozen for next 4 years.
Presales 4 yoe, 200k TC. Not at SAP anymore.
TC for sales is heavily variable due to commissions... but avg TC for me is 250K
