I'm trying to move to a permanent role with a consulting company or product based company as an Salesforce Architect. So far I've been in contracting for a long time which made me unaware of the salary packages.

Enough of fun, can we expect some genuine responses !!!
Wide range based on your experience.. plus if you r looking for individual contributor or management type role .. 180- 275k
It's mostly individual contributor, I just started interviewing. I'm currently based in ATL, so not expecting west coast salaries
Do you have a CTA?
Not yet.
The 180-275k is valid then based on exp and geo. With CTA, 300-400k is very doable.
I'm currently getting offers around 160k which are mostly remote with 40% travel. May be I should start off with at least 180k
What is the total comp? That is what matters more after bonus and stock.
You mean negotiate more on bonus and stocks? It's 170k with 15%bonus so far
What’s is your experience and background?
Been working on Salesforce technical front for last 10 yrs and Architect as last 2 yrs. Have integration architecture certificate and planning to get other architect certifications as well.
Salesforce architect is not necessarily an engineering architect.
