How much TC to negotiate (PM)
I'm interviewing at several companies. I have 5 years of experience in engineering (faang and non fang) and the rest as a PM. I have an offer from Intuit, but waiting to hear from others as well. TC offer is $265k (base, stocks and 20% bonus included). Yoe- 11 years What should I be aiming for?

Does that include total sign on RSUs, or just the portion that would vest the first year?
