  Yep the roi is definately there. Strong network is incredibly valuable and who you associate with is a great predictor of who you become. You don't have to agree of course, just sharing my experience. My car directly left to 4 great years of my life early on that changed everything for me. Happy hunting!

  Personally I would the hold out. I feel like the base just doesn’t have enough power! But if you were going base I would say around 225k TC should be good for it!

There are so many variables involved in order to determine an answer - your current living expenses, APR you can get, down payment you can afford, etc. don’t forget to add insurance cost to it.
