It is so freaking expensive now, our max FSA is not enough to cover even one month expense. Tuition plus nanny to take care of my 2 kids cost us over $6k a month. How much do you spend?

Before state rules changed in CA,NY, MA we had an au pair. (1 year commitment=10k initial fee, 200$ weekly stipend, room+board). Worked out beautifully, flat rate for 1-4 kids, kids learn extra language, plus itโs a live in nanny so you donโt have to worry about them being late or no show since they live with you. If you live outside of NY, CA, MA I think rules are still the same.
