(Going out + groceries) I spent $600 on food last month. No kids, age 31, tc $220k. Paid for a nice dinner for my parents (~$270). This was my biggest spending category this month and trying to pull back and save more.
1500-1800
Yeah, same. Minimal groceries, two fast-casual kind of things every day. About $15/meal.
Dunno, never calculated food only. I budget $900/month for daily expenses (gas, food, groceries, household items/toiletries, a video game here and there, dog food (we have 4 dogs) etc). I cook at home 95% of the time so I rarely have going out expenses.
Mostly order food on Uber Eats hardly spend on groceries $300-$350 a month
Even if you’re single and eat your own minimal Safeway cooking every day, you’re going to spend at least $500. Unless you’ve got free work meals and eat them twice a day.
Nah. We have around that amount for 2.
You’re treating your body well on less than $10/day? I used to do this on turkey sandwiches and ramen, but like.. greens and good spices too? Definitely not Whole Foods..
$150/month.. Costco I buy in bulk 5/7 days food is already provided for me soo
Yes - free food. Which means I am way overspending on food.
Your parents let you pay for them?
$3K for family of five.
I cook. 400$ is tops for tons of ingredients, but we also go to local markets for veggies which is so much cheaper.
Married with 1 baby. Approx 1000
