How much does Amazon budge regarding new grad full-time offer compensation?

I'm currently interning here and expect to receive a return offer next week. I was wondering if they budge on salary, RSU, bonus, etc. I've read that they don't budge at all on salary but maybe RSU?

You are right. They are more open to giving higher number of RSU. Not sure if tgat would be the case for offers after internship.

I've interned there before and I don't know anyone that was able to successfully negotiate

They will budge a little but honestly if you have enough leverage to get them to budge, you're qualified enough to get an offer at Facebook or Google and those offers blow the Amazon new grad onee out of the water.

^ this is the right answer. Amazon does not negotiate for new grad.

No I was there this Spring and I they don't negotiate even if you get them a fb offer

They did not negotiate. Just get a better offer and move on.

They don't negotiate, have friends who got return offers and Amazon wouldn't budge even with competing offers from Google

Starting in 2018, they don’t negotiate on any aspect. If u get a higher competing offer just take that offer

People saying no negotiation are correct. New grad offers are considered non negotiable. If you are a rock star, take an offer elsewhere and come in a few months later by industry recruiting and you can get a top of band SDE1 offer. Of course, you will need to pass a real interview loop that way, not the garbage interviews new grads get.
