How much does Masters in Science (CS, SE, Engineering in general) weighs in your job application for Software Engineering role, in comparison to candidates with BS as their highest degree? How does the equation change for management roles, or when the Bachelors degree is acquired outside USA, or when the candidate has sound experience, target employer is FAANG vs startup, etc. Please share your thoughts.
