How much does an ICT5 make at Apple?

I was wondering how much base and RSU an ICT5 receives at Apple. Perhaps this depends on the experience and organization. Any feedback with these details is very appreciated.

190K + 100K RSU grant per year here (3 years at the company, Eddie's org)

Did you get 400K RSU for four years, or was it 100K per year as long as you stay? How long had you been with apple before getting this?

Huh ? Is this 100k refresher . Coz if it is , 100k rsu seems low for a ict5. Ict4 eng make more in RSU and base is almost comparable. In fact I know ict4 making 200k + in base .

There is no set amount- depends on performance; but can go as high as 150k ; maybe higher. I got 120k last year as ict4
