Like for same level at Google or Facebook or Airbnb. Obviously system design plays a role after new grad but I’m less concerned about that at the moment.

Not much harder actually
You are expected to write cleaner code and have better command of chosen language but questions dont really get harder.
Not much harder but there are a lot more system design
At Facebook, we have the same bar for coding and problem solving skills for new grads as we do for experienced engineers. Obviously we expect more in terms of system design and leadership bit the cousins bar stays the same.
