How much is TC at FB and Google after you’ve been there for 1-2 years?
Usually how much does your TC increase by after your first year or 2 at Fb and Google? I know new grads start out with TCs of $150-160k + a signing bonus. At Microsoft, it seems that people don’t even hit $200k until 3+ years.

I assume you mean in the same company, it mostly depends on individual performance. And OP wants to know how different it is for average individuals in different companies.
The problem is that on Blind nobody cares about or wants to believe the figures for “average” cases - they’re quick to dismiss them and to uphold the 95th percentile numbers as the representative sample for a company.
It’s very variable based on stock appreciation and whether they’re promoted or not. Typical range would be 180k to 220k not counting stock appreciation.
