How much is your net worth from Stocks/RSUs (maybe just paper money right now), and company + tenure at the company?
Before or after tax?
We're nowhere near an ipo, so 0 😂😂😂 And they buy back any stock I own if I leave the company so it's worthless
If they buy back your stocks at a higher price than your strike price then it is not worthless. Maybe you meant they take unexercised options back into the employee options pool? Which is what every company would do generally 90 days after you leave if you haven't exercised them.
No, it's the exact same price. The stock letter said that they explicitly will buy back all stocks at the exact same price I bought them at. And since we haven't IPOed yet, there's no value to begotten.
