If you work at a company where UX design is treated like a second-class citizen, how do you go about walking through your projects during interviews without either sounding like you neglected design processes or that you're blaming your co-workers for shitty outcomes? Asking for a friend
you discuss the constraints (due to lack of resources and time) or how every project was treated as an âexperimentâ. always show your future high-fi designs and or explain how you couldâve made the product or design better
Talk through the wins you had during the process if the end result wasnât great. Tell them about what you learned, tell them about how testing went. Tell them what you personally identified as areas of improvement along the way.
You mean UX design isn't actually second-class citizen ?
At Microsoft for sure it is.
