Biden to hand out green cards to 4000 illegals per year
What's an average per square foot to build a house on an average kind of flat lot in the Seattle or Bay area? What's a good resource to figure out how much building a house would cost.
I think in Seattle it is $250+ per sq. I heard developers quoting $240-250 per sq to build custom home.
Sounds roughly correct. Prices can vary a lot. I did estimating on a project for $270/ sf and another project of similar sf for $310/ sf. Doesn’t sound like much but it makes a huge difference.
Your prices are high. I got quotes from 220 to 250 per sq ft.
PM me. I work in real estate development. It depends a lot on what type of house you want and what features. Examples: do you want subterranean parking? Add $30k+ per stall. Pool? Is it on a hill (that requires precise grading or civil engineering) or just in the middle of a tract? How nice do you want it? There’s a price difference even between you wanting a Mercedes Benz for a home versus a Rolls Royce. Happy to talk though!
Subterranean parking is only 30k? So worth it...
Per stall* That’s for a basic and ugly garage too. Epoxy flooring pumps that number up
