How much will Amazon India pay if I get a job here and then relocate to India?
Total 6 years of Industry experience 3 years experience in a top tier software company in India. 2 years MSCS in US. 3 years experience in Bay Area. Current TC : 175k. How much will Amazon India pay if I get a job here and then relocate to India?

What 50 to 60 lacks are you kidding ? Sdm also doesn’t make that . In India for sde 2 u get close to 18-25 lakhs in range
A fraction of the comp. I believe you’ll keep your new hire grant and vesting but switch to the local comp ladder for base pay and total comp going forward. What that means is you’ll likely never get a comp adjustment again for years until you average out of ever. They likely wouldn’t let you transfer for 6mo and I’m unsure about relo but if it’s company need they should cover. Alternatively if it’s a company need and not your preference, they could relo you there temporarily on an expat package keeping your comp even but for 18-24mo or so.

Assuming you get SDE2. Expect to make 50-60 Lacs in Bangalore.
