How much yearly bonus do you get ?
Looking for honest answers only. Just for information purpose so do not multiply it by blind factor x. Some thing like this : Expected - Target % of Base : Amount in $s Actual - %of the Base: Amount in $s Example : Expected - 15 % : 15K Actual - 12% : 12K

At Uber, it is fixed target amount in $$$ per level and not a percentage of pay

0, my company doesn’t have a cash bonus program. Meh. They claim they offer higher initial equity grants to counteract lack of bonus, but who knows?
