How popular is Roblox?
Recently a recruiter reach out to me about this game platform company. My kids play Roblox games every day. Their schoolmates do this too. They set up a WhatsApp conference calls and play as a team. Games are great ( Shark bite, Natural disaster survival, etc.) and I often play with them too to have a family team.
They have 100 million monthly active users. I think they can easily achieve 200M in next few years.
It's pretty big among kids, not popular among adults I don't think. They have an interesting business model (3p developers can develop content for the games; players pay for the 3p content; Roblox takes a cut.) From what I've heard, it's a decent place to work, too.
