How to align India trip with plans to switch on H1?
Not sure what is the best way to plan out this. I am planning on switching companies, however I have an overseas trip due as well. Is it possible to go to India and then immediately join another company on arrival? Not sure how the H1 transfer timelines have to be aligned with such plans. I am sure people must have done this before, so enlighten me pls. TC: 180k Yoe: 4

You cannot travel while your petition is pending. Best Check with your immigration team.
