Hi,
Just finished my university course in Computer Science last year. Been working a bit in SWE and would like to apply to work in the US (as a graduate or junior or anything else). I am not too sure of the process and whether I just apply on a US company's careers page first or need to complete any pre-requisites first.
Is this too complicated or is it possible to apply for and start a role in the US (moving to the US with a confirmation of role).
To note: I am an Australian Citizen so I believe I am eligible for the E3 visa.

2. Get a referral for a US job from someone who you know in US.
3. Apply on careers page, but chances of getting a callback will be low, you will need to get lucky.
And, why US ?
Edit: god dammit idk how I managed to make two usernames under the same email address (maybe I used linked in)
