How to ask for more time during offer negotiation?

Hi everyone,
Got an offer for L63 at MSFT! Details look mostly good and they beat the alternative offer I had on the table and my current TC as well. Job looks better, but I need to move to Redmond with my wife and baby.
That said, I have an interview loop still going with Apple that MSFT doesn't know about (if it didn't work out there was no point in telling them about it) and which wraps up tomorrow.
Is there a best way to ask MSFT for another day or two to consider things in case Apple comes back with an offer? I don't want to risk the offer but I want to have all my options available.
Edit: forgot the Blind tax

To answer your question: it is completely acceptable to tell MSFT that you are in the interview process with some other companies and you expect to finalize your decision by next week. Or if you don’t feel comfortable mentioning other companies, you can always say moving to another city with your wife and baby is a big decision and you need more time to discuss with your wife and make up your mind
They know I'm interviewing around so that makes me feel better that it won't be taboo to tell them I'm still interviewing
