When I was younger I had patience, perseverance & so much motivation to do better.
It’s really hard for me to be motivated at this age of 28. I plan so much to do after office but beyond working out I spend time on Netflix, random browsing, apps etc.
I’m looking for small hacks in my life which would act as a primer to make me a better version of self. What should I do?
1. Read books?
2. Listen to podcasts?
3. Any games/apps to keep me sharp?
4. Meditation?
I hate my current status quo in life.
