Recent transplant to South bay area. Looking to buy a 2bedroom house near Apple. Not sure where to start and what are the things to consider. First time house buyer. Any leads?

Near Apple, like Cupertino? I don’t think there’s any more houses there under 2mil.
Might be doable to get a townhouse. Can get Nimitz area in Sunnyvale for this.
Brand new modern constructions outside of Cupertino are much better than the multi-million dollar run down houses from the 1940s inside Cupertino.

This will tell u all the open house events near the area that you’re looking. Just spend a few weekends and see if you like the place. A good realtor will stand on your side to check for bad things.
