Also, I'm not an American citizen, so any way I can avoid putting in my SSN would be fantastic. Coinbase fees don't look great and looks extremely US-centric.
Where are you based?
I also have a Europe based account on Coinbase which I was able to create using my EU-country ID, and I can link my local bank accounts, and purchase BTC in EUR directly. Exactly the same way I can do it with USD with my US account. I donโt see anything US centric with that.
What do you mean by US centric?
Have you used it? It asks for a US state, address, and SSN
Possibly because it's detecting my physical region? (I am in the US currently)
