How to convince recruiting agency?

I'm a SDE at Amazon and I was looking for new career opportunities and I applied many companies like swiggy, Adobe etc.. via LinkedIn. Also I have updated my profile in naukri. I got call from Adobe and I attended the interview and also some lady staff from naukri reached out to me regarding a job opportunity at healofy company. Healofy is actually a fast paced growing company in bangalore whose products / turnover is actually promising. The lady staff really helped me a lot to get me placed in healofy. She was so helpful that after every interview @healofy, she will get to know about how it went etc etc... Even she negotiated with the company for a better CTC compensation. She would have called me around 30-40 times during this process. She was so happy that I got placed at healofy (may be she gets some remark @naukri). On the same day (Feb 24, 2019) itself, I got a call from Adobe saying that I got placed there as well. Now this is the problem. Both Adobe and Healofy are very good companies. But based on company trademark, salary comparison, culture.. Keeping all those in mind, I actually prefer to join Adobe over Healofy. (you guys know right how it feels when it comes to choosing a job where you have multiple offers). I do not know how to inform about this to that lady agency from naurki. What will be her response? How do I let her know about that? Is it common everywhere/everyone or is it I'm feeling it is happening to me alone? Please do help.
