I’ve always been on Kaiser but am going to be kicked off my parents’ health insurance this year since I’m turning 26. When comparing the different plans offered by Amazon Kaiser has clear copays listed but the other plans like HSA and shares deductible only state a percentage that is covered. What is the best way to estimate the cost of an in office visit, lab work, etc so I can get a sense of how much I would be paying?

My HSA plan for me+wife is about 130/month and company give us 1500 per year in HSA. This compared to 310/month and no HSA for the Kaiser plan. So the tradeoff really comes based on how often you go urgent care or have other specialist needs. With HSA you pay 100% until hitting deductible, beyond that premium PPO plan is pretty much the same. Kaiser would different though. So it really comes down to your individual needs.
