Hello,

I currently have a solid mix of cofounders in place for a B2B product (SWE, DS, PM). We all get along and have a history in enterprise tech (Microsoft, Lyft, AirBnB). What we have no clue about is Sales.

How do you go about finding a cofounder on the Sales side that can help set strategy, lead calls, has an extensive black book, etc. Is it even common to bring on a salesperson so early?

Google “Co-Founder dating”. There’s sites dedicated to this very thing. That said, have you already started pitching your product to potential buyers to see if it even has product market fit yet?

Start forming relationships with VCs. They can help in many more ways than capital, they have great networks.
