What are you building?
A video hosting website that respects content which falls under fair use, among other things. Previously I had developed a site which can also archive videos from other websites, but I wouldn't use that for something I was hosting publicly.
how will you respect fair use at scale if each copyright claim needs to be individually evaluated by someone with enough legal knowledge to make a good assessment? do you have any way of automating that assessment process? genuinely interested, btw. this sounds like a cool project
