How to get PM interview invites from Airbnb, FB?
I am a PM at a startup, where I moved from Microsoft. I have applied on LinkedIn at the above companies but haven't heard back for months. What can I do to get an interview invite?

Email somebody who works at one of those companies. Find someone on LinkedIn. Hustle. Recruiters get thousands of candidates applying. Hiring managers otoh see single digits. Easier to stand out by finding the right person. Good luck.

I applied directly from the website and never heard anything. A friend referred me and I heard back and started interviewing within a week.
