Hi, so I would like to know is it even possible to get a sponsored job in UX/UI? What sort of companies should you look into if you need sponsorship in this industry apart from the well known tech giants? . My experience with trying to find a job that will sponsor has been negative and beyond impossible. I can't even get contract roles because client companies decline citing future sponsorship requirement. I have a valid ead. Anybody have any advice/suggestions/experiences to share which can help me in my job search? I would love to know how to get around this issue so I can get through to more employers rather than being denied outright. #h1b #perm #immigration #opt #stem #rfe #microsoft #google #amazon #facebook #consulting #ux #uxdesigner #design #designer #newyork #sanfrancisco #bayarea #canada #toronto #entrylevel #wayfair #media #jobhunt #jobs

Hi, it is a little challenging to find companies that sponsor UX roles (design/research). My advice would be to look at larger organizations since most startups consider UX as a luxury and in my experience have no/single UX roles. A good starting point might be looking at h1bsalary.online and exploring which companies have sponsored UX roles in the past.
