How to get interview at Apple

I have had interviews with numerous companies from small/medium startups to Google/Facebook/Amazon. But I have never had success of even starting interview process with apple. A couple of times that I sent in my CV, I got automated email rejections. Any ideas on how to successfully get an interview at Apple?
