I hope this title makes sense- basically I am getting linkedin messaged almost every day by staffing agencies (iconma, optomi, nelson tech) recruiting for contract positions at tech companies. I am a UX Researcher.

I'm curious if there is anything I can do in my linkedin to get noticed and contacted by recruiters from the tech company itself? I'm not looking for contract positions at this moment and am readying myself to start applying to new positions.

If you have any tips about optimizing a linkedin profile or how to market yourself to attract opportunities please leave them below!!

I have zero contract experience, I’ve only ever worked full-time in-house at big tech companies, and I still get recruiter spam for contract to hire positions from random staffing agencies at companies.

The recruiter spam is inevitable unless you want to stop all recruiter comms and contact.

This is what I'm after too. It's so annoying.
