I have been working for Amazon for 3 years, successfully completed few cross team projects with world wide impact, did many significant performance optimizations and have only positive forte reviews and, obviously, exceed the bar. Moreover, I lead several people and conducted workshops for the team and the org. But I’m still lowballed and don’t even know how to move forward. No salary review, no promotion... Sde2 Yoe - 10 Tc << 200k with all bonuses and stocks . Should I bring the offer from another company or how can I bump the rate ?#engineering #software #sde
how is your tc so low even with stock appreciation? With 3 years at Amazon, I am assuming your hiring RSU are still in place. If you were hired as an sde2, your tc should be much higher than this.

have you talked to your manager for salary review/promotion? your manager has internal TCT which you are measured against- if you are exceeding expectations in your perf review then that should move the needle for your salary atleasr
