for a SE, level 60 position, what would be the average merit, bonus and stock rewards? Is it okay to discuss this with manager?
A recruiter or hiring manager should be able to tell you target rewards for the level you're being considered for, if you've reached the compensation discussion phase of interviewing.
Stock isn't much to write home about at L60, but bonus is a decent 10% of salary (up to 20% if you crush it).
Not enough.
