I know that Amazon asks a lot of STAR methodology questions in behavioral interviews and was wondering if there are any websites or books that I can read to prepare and answer such questions. Just want to get an idea on what they look for in answers a d how to tie them to Amazon leadership principles. Any help or pointers are appreciated.
They should’ve given you a leadership pdf and also a word doc or something to teach you about how to answer. I suggest you take notes on the leadership principles and focus on what you relate to the most. In the word doc they have some good question examples and also you can follow along with their star methodology and mutter to yourself what you’d answer. Think of yourself and what you’ve experienced in the past. Hope that helps!
You kidding? You can ace the technical part but not the behavioral? What kind of a joke are you gawking?

Not for me. Asking for a friend who isn't on blind
Just prepare yourself to answer questions like 1 why amazon? When I interviewed last month the guy literally asked me why would you leave tesla for Amazon. 2. Questions related to how to deal with emergency and going on call 3 questions about your weakness or what your manager said you should improve in your last review etc
Just prepare by being yourself...the whole point is to be yourself.
Why move to Amazon?
