I interviewed with G (MTV) Monday and this morning my recruiter told she received all feedbacks; all of them are hire recommendations. Subsequently, this noon, she said my package would appear on Hiring Committee tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. She's also trying to schedule some meetings with hiring managers for team matching.
As I have some pending offers she is trying to get an offer ASAP (pending HC approval).
She wants to talk numbers right after HC.
One of the pending offer TC is 182k with 150 base (NYC). Another offer is SF start up but 140k plus stock options (hard to value them).
I am also meeting the CTO of another start up tomorrow to talk numbers. Also, interviewed Facebook (MPK) on Tuesday, no formal feedback as of yet; but probably not 100% positive.
Google interview was for SWE L5, but can be L6 (daydreaming) or L4 (hopefully not) based on interview.
Facebook didn't specify level.
So, how do I talk numbers?
Current TC: 111, NY suburbs.

UPDATE:
HC approved, they are moving forward with an offer and team matching.
The recruiter is asking for numbers.
Recruiter misspoke when she said L5 as target, L4 was target and they "probed" for L5.
Interview feedback was mostly "strong hire"s and 1-2 "leaning towards hire". Minimal variance.

Seriously though theres nothing to prepare for. Be ready to negotiate. Having larger offers is ideal.
So, HC feedback is: the interviewers targeted at L4 and probed for L5. And they are counting 7-8 years of experience + MS.
They want to start working on an offer and do team match ASAP (Calls on Tue-Wed).
She told me that, the minimum numbers for L4 is 142base+15%bonus+140k RSU in 4y (so TC around 198). She said it is the absolute minimum and they can match any competing offer.
She is asking for either my expectations or my competing offers.
I have not negotiated any of my offers yet, but most of them are open to negotiate.
So, should I give her an high number for base as expectation or share other offers? (I believe sharing other numbers is not a good idea yet).
If I give a high number for base, how high can I ask for?
