I have interview with the hiring manager on Thursday. I am well versed with Netflix culture and the slide deck. I know technical questions are mostly based on the groups. What kind of other non technical questions should I prepare for? How kind of behavioral questions should I prepare for?

I got a particularly tough behavioral question when I interviewed with Netflix about a year ago. It went like this: "The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over, but it can't. Not without your help. But you're not helping. Why is that?"
Because I am a tortoise also struggling to turns its belly next to that tortoise 🐢
I know right? How am I supposed to answer this? How does it map to Netflix values and culture? 🤷♂️
