So if you’re not actually looking but then you come across these super cool opportunities or very reputable companies wanting to interview you for postings that aren’t usually available - what do you do?

Before anyone says interview passively - it doesn’t work like that with tech. You WILL have to prep for interviews and for these reputable companies if you fail bad then there’s no applying again (most times).

Thoughts?

The companies you tagged aren’t tech tech companies, so you may as well try your hand and see if you can get an interview.

  • You don’t even have to work your ass off. Just tell your recruiter you’ll need a week or so to prepare for the interview.

It affects literally everyone involved negatively if you go into an interview unprepared. You will not face any judgement for asking for some time to prepare.
