Will it fizzle like Uber did?
AirBNB is actually a digital market place
Airbnb is sustainable
I think Airbnb’s biggest risk is increased regulation. With more regulation, the value proposition becomes muddled. Anecdotally, I’ve found myself staying in hotels more often recently because a similarly “comfortable” Airbnb is more expensive.
I’ve gone back to hotels too after a really bad experience with a “SuperHost”, AirBnB’s customer service is terrible.
Y’all know Airbnb has hotels now, right?
Brah, what IPO? Airbnb is in no rush to IPO. All the mass media and Blind erroneously thought Airbnb was going to IPO this year. Ya’ll were wrong and I called it at the end of 2018. I said Airbnb is not IPOing anytime soon and sure as hell not in 2019.
Airbnb sucks , so many hidden fees. Need to refine their pricing model
It might be profitable by I don't think they are growing much. That's why they are trying hotels and experiences or whatever crap that is. Also it's very easy to compete with Airbnb since their hidden fees are crazy high
It’s easy to compete? They have a natural moat in their marketplace. To build millions of listings would take a ridiculous amount of capital. They also have user preference already established.
I don't know but if there is a site that doesn't take like 30 percent commission I'll book my booking from there..
Airbnb is profitable
