How's Robinhood?

Currently negotiating and had a few questions about the company.

How's the eng culture and wlb?

Will be doing Frontend work so oncall/paging shouldn't be bad based on what I've heard. Seems it's a good eng culture but solid wlb? How are the processes and autonomy a dev gets to have vs being a code monkey for product?

Heard morale is low for 2021 joiners but what about others, is pressure high fur IC?

Lastly how's the wokeness there? Pretty standard and easy to ignore if you focus on work and avoid conversations. Or pushy and in your face like Netflix, Twitter, etc do?
