How do you know the TC is good but aren’t sure about WLB? Did you get an offer from there?
Hire and fire culture. Management can be bossy and can take decisions for you. WLB depends on the project phase and team. Some managers encourage preventing burn out. @poopjuice says coworkers don't get close and friendly.
Hire and fire is similar to Netflix? Or is it different?
Definitely a hire and fire culture. Saw 7 people get let go in 4months on my team. Ask tough questions but burn out is a very real thing based off bad management and unrealistic expectations.

It’s so funny to see people think of FANG as a thing. It’s really not a converged entity with the exact same culture, they’re all different companies (I’m sure you know that).
