They deserve what’s coming
Fast money fast downfall.
It should be awful. Working for a company that deliberately makes and sells products which kill people.

Company’s long term outlook is still strong. Good margins, strong brand recognition among smokers, clear market need for it, etc. Dust hasn’t settled from changes in management, but it’s kind of “plug your nose” and get through the next year or so.
Morale is terrible. There are lots of people who joined the company believing that they could help eliminate the most harmful consumer product in the world--cigarettes. And there are a ton of people at JUUL who joined because they never thought they could get off cigarettes until they used JUUL. The environment in the USA around vaping is different than any place other than the world. For example, in the UK, the NHS is opening vape shops in hospitals and reiterating that vaping is 95% less harmful than cigarettes. (https://www.nhs.uk/smokefree/help-and-advice/e-cigarettes). Also note that the recent illnesses in the USA have nothing to do with JUUL--it's street products.
The mission of the company is still intact, and that's to get smokers off the combustible cigarette. There's a ton of noise around it in the US from the people who just want all nicotine off the market. The debate around that will take the next year or so to play out.
Lots of real great money in the bank
Morale is subjective. So is your definition of great money in the bank. Quantify it. How much?
I can absolutely quantify it. Great is 5 or more years of runway in the bank.
