The company sucks and the paying low. Processes are outdated or nonexistent and no one in other departments want to do their job. It's a constant battle internally to get anything done...and then when you can get it done, you have to navigate through ill-written policies going down endless rabbit holes

It is totally secured . They have not even laid off people during recession . Take home is lower than other companies but right job if you want to retire here .
