Interview and find out for yourself?
Culture is good. Circling the drain. I wouldn’t join unless you are super early career
This. Also don't expect high TC (not comparable to Facebook, Netflix Lyft etc)
Is TC better than non FANG tier companies though? Like PayPal, Cisco etc? Would it be comparable to Apple/Amazon or even lower? Also, is company expected to grow faster after implementing new self service changes for ads (and reduce the cold calling sales pitch)? Does the company seem to be well managed and on track (at the senior leadership level)?
Don't come here
I don't get it. I've had many years of experience outside Yelp and still like it here. Granted I'm not looking for fast track growth though. I just want to learn and grow slowly over the years.
Curious where you worked before Yelp?
175k-220 max for IC2.
And what does it take to move to IC3? Also, what is breakdown for IC2 with 220k comp?
Levels.fyi is accurate regarding question 2. To get promoted, pretty much participate in interviews and join an impactful team
Was always shit, I suspect it’s more shit now that they are circling the drain
