Currently working as MTS in Adobe, now I have an offer from Discovery for SDE 1(they offer sde2 for 4 yoe) not sure if I should switch to Discovery. Adobe has great work life balance though work is not challenging and pay is low wereas the opposite is with Discovery. Not sure if I should switch from Adobe's great wlb to Discovery's startup like culture. Though sometimes I feel like I am doing greater harm to myself staying in Adobe. Also not sure if Discovery would be able to offer good ctc as they are not offering stocks.
