Is it passed? Doesn’t affect me since I already GCed but I think it’s unfair that India people wait forever

Your service companies fucked over the H1B for everyone and now you want to fuck over the GC system for everyone? And selling this as some “fairness”?
I’m all for allowing Indians to get green cards asap but by
- Stopping the service companies’ abuse
- Increasing the overall GC count
We all want to H1B and GC to work, but for everyone, without fucking anyone over.
Fellow immigrant.
I don't deserve to be punished for what other people from my country have done. This is the kind of idiotic logic that led to Japanese internment camps.
It's inedibly selfish to expect that you should get your green card before me, even though we're equally qualified, and I've been waiting longer than you.
I'm all in favor of reforming the h1b/gc system to punish abusers and increase the cap. I'm also in favor of hr392 because it's lot easier to get passed and makes the system more fair. If you don't like it because you're a selfish prick who feels entitled to jump the line, at least own up to it.
It’s selfish for me to expect to not to be punished by actions of specific service companies?
You have the same amount of control over TCS and friends as you do over this bill but here you are - lobbying the bill, not the service companies abuse stop.
How is it any “easier” to pass than any other bill to stop the service companies abuse?
How does it make anything more fair? Well maybe in a way that it fucks everyone equally because of indian service companies, yeah that’s kinda fair-er, but it’s a fucked up goal to wish everyone gets punished not just you.
I did not jump any lines, I failed to get an h1b because of this specific root cause and it’s none of my problem that the US desires an immigration diversity based on the country of origin and my country is under represented compared to your.
Get a reality check, how can you be calling anyone a prick, this exact moronic behavior makes everyone despise the people supporting the bill, you give zero fucks about anyone as long as your short term bottom line is marginally better.
The Ireland E-3 bill (making it easy for Irish to come here, similar to Australians) is also not gonna happen this year, even though it also has wide support.
Say thank you to TATA and other Indian companies bringing low skilled force and packing the queue.
It will be unfair if this line moves faster and other nationals have to wait more.
Hr392 won’t fix anything since the cap per country not more than 25%.
Cheers.
I bet you loved Trump's Muslim ban as well, didn't you?
