  Growth team is solid and I think it has high visibility work. It will probably depend on your sub team and manager but my team is great! Very supportive during onboarding and happy to help with anything. Remote onboarding in general isn’t that great though, but that’s going to be anywhere, just as a consequence of not being able to sit next to people. You’ll have to be proactive and set up meetings to get the help you need.

  i tried negotiating and interviews went pretty well but they are not going beyond a limit in terms of offers and less compared to instacart service now

  I will say based on the numbers you posted you got high end of what I would expect for your yoe. Box is nice and chill btw. Growth is slow after sr unfortunately.
