TC: 180 Yoe: 10 I have interviewed at many places from FB to Apple to Netflix to small start ups, almost 15 places, I am a 100% failure! I get one interview right, fuck Up another... and now I am so nervous that I am at verge of mental break down. I am GREAT with Python, I am great with solving problems etc. but I cannot clear interviews ... What should I do???

Yes. If you apply for senior roles, expectations during interviews are too high and not easy to clear that bar.

After fifteen real interview sessions with various companies? I think it's time to look back on those interviews and figure out where you went wrong. First write down your recollections of those interviews and then discuss them with smart people. That would give you better feedback as of now.
