'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of Indiaā
Is any software companies which pay 250K+ to engineers but without whiteboard coding interview?
At Stripe I wrote code on computers only. Google said they would do the same but their laptop didn't work so I had to use the whiteboard.
Ah! You are looking for a company that does not make you write code during an interview and simply hire you for your dashing looks?? š¤š
Can it be for my taste in memes instead? (Ugly mofo here)
You are so acute.
Big decrease in whiteboard coding recently, replaced by writing actual, runnable code on a computer (you can bring or they provide. Bringing your own is advised) It has its pros and cons, but actual coding on a laptop during interview is a better signal of candidateās quality imo
Square makes you write on the IDE of your choice too
You need pick on different type of role than a different company if you donāt want to code.
I look for computer programming position, not whiteboard programming.
You can ask for a chrome book at Google. FB has recently started allowing to use it too but we donāt share this much.
Would you prefer coding with a computer that has an IDE plus compiler? Speak to your recruiter. You can request for that
Thank you. Will try next time.
