Maybe after grinding 500 more leetcode qns I get some great FANG offer. What comes after that? if you're happy you're happy. we just happen to be in a career field with very high vertical mobility if you choose to pursue it, so many people do for challenge, compensation, and glory. hope this helps.
My favorite cafe is serving French Toast and Steak all week long. The coworkers are 10x whatever Cisco has to offer, too. I cherish our hiring bar.

Google is the first place where I’ve had colleagues who knew more than me on something. I’m tired of being the TL everywhere else and solving hard problems alone. At Google I can delegate difficult problems and trust that people will actually get it done. It’s absolutely lovely.

I think you should stay where you find happiness. On Blind, people complain of every company- Facebook- No WLB Amazon- Bad Culture Google- Laid back and slow moving Snap- Going bankrupt Uber- Bad Culture Apple- No perks, poor WLB Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, PayPal- No FANG TC
