First clear the interview and then start the negotiations. And you should mostly care about TC not individual components.
If I am thinking Ahead how should I negotiate TC as a whole?
You can negotiate if you are willing to walk away from the job if the TC is not to your liking. Alternate offers with TC to your liking gives you the ability to walk away.
Top end bands are always negotiable. If they love you they will go over the band. Also try not to negotiate before the interview is over. When asked how much you want or make just ask what their range is and tell them if that's reasonable or not.
